The information processed depends on the modules your organisation uses and the settings selected by its administrators.

• Account and contact information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, job roles and company details.
• HR and employment records entered by your organisation, including attendance, leave, claims, payroll, payslips and related documents.
• Location data when geo-attendance, site visit or field-operation features are used and device permission has been granted.
• Customer, sales, finance or project data entered through the relevant On Site modules.
• Technical information such as device type, operating system, IP address, security logs and usage data.

How we use information

We use information to provide and support On Site App features, authenticate users, process workflows directed by your organisation, improve performance, prevent misuse, provide support and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your organisation's role

When On Site App is provided by your employer or organisation, that organisation determines the data entered, the purpose of processing and who may access it. Questions about specific employment records should first be directed to your organisation's administrator.

Sharing and service providers

We may use trusted service providers for cloud hosting, storage, security, analytics, communications and support. They may process information only to provide services to us and are subject to confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users' rights and safety.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, fulfil your organisation's instructions and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational controls to protect data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no digital system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of certain personal information and may withdraw device permissions such as location through your device settings. Some requests must be processed through your organisation's administrator.
